Amy Lauren(Lori) Welton, 44, was born in Yountville, CA, daughter of Raedmund and Serafina Hilda (Briar) Welton died on Aug 18, 2014 at Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

Owner of The Pickled Salamander restaurant,, she contributed her time and energy to many families in the area throughout her life.  Her activities included memberships in the Quilters Circle of Yountville, the Valley of the Moon Garden Club, and she supported the Napa County 4H and pony club.

Amy Welton is survived by her niece Frankie Laurel Welton, her God-Son Christopher Allen Harris-Wallace and many friends not bound to her by blood. She was predeceased by a brother Franklin Victor Welton and husband Austin Stephens.

A celebration of life service to be held at Yountville community center on Aug 23, 2014 followed by reception to reflect on Amy's beautiful life cut short too soon.
